CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OUR RUNNERS FOR THEIR
FANTASTIC ACHIEVEMENT ON SUNDAY 12 OCTOBER!!

The Royal Parks Foundation, the charity for London's eight Royal Parks, proudly launched its first ever Half Marathon, sponsored by Brakes, on a gloriously sunny Sunday, 12 October 2008, which started and finished in Hyde Park.

Race day was for everyone, with a fantastic variety of activities for all the family including the Brakes Food & Fitness Festival, the Charity Village and much, much more. Event strives to be as green and environmentally friendly as possible to celebrate the amazing wildlife and heritage of the Royal Parks.

Feedback from the runners and spectators alike has been fantastic and it promises to be one of the most enjoyable and memorable events in the running calendar and a perfect challenge for anyone who loves running, London and The Royal Parks.

The provisional date for next year's race is Sunday 11 October 2009. You can register your interest by clicking here and we will be in touch as soon as the public places go on sale next spring.
